Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the STEMBOTIKS website, our programmes, our InnoKit kits and the InnoCode platform. Please read them carefully before using this website or enrolling in any of our programmes.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, enrolling in a programme, purchasing a kit or downloading the InnoCode software, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or our services.
2. Eligibility and parental consent
Our programmes are designed for children and young people, including students of Junior High School (ages 12–15), Senior High School (ages 15–18) and younger learners in basic schools. If you are enrolling a child under 18 years of age, the enrolment must be completed by, or with the consent of, a parent or legal guardian.
By enrolling a minor in any STEMBOTIKS programme, the enrolling parent or guardian confirms that they have the legal authority to do so and accepts these terms on behalf of the child.
3. Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could damage, disable or impair our systems or the experience of other users.
4. Our programmes and services
STEMBOTIKS offers a range of learning experiences, including Saturday classes in coding, robotics, artificial intelligence, 3D printing and augmented/virtual reality, holiday bootcamps, vacation school, school workshops and custom corporate and school programmes.
Programme descriptions, formats, durations and schedules displayed on this website are provided for general information and may be adjusted to meet class sizes, venue availability or curriculum requirements. We will notify enrolled participants of any significant changes.
5. Enrolment and fees
Enrolment for the Vacation School is completed through our Google Forms enrolment link or by contacting us directly via email or phone. Fees, where published, are stated on the relevant programme page. Programmes marked “price on request” or “partnership pricing” are quoted on application.
A seat is only confirmed once enrolment is accepted and any applicable payment terms are agreed. Fees cover tuition, materials and kit usage as described for each programme. Additional charges, where applicable, will be communicated before enrolment is confirmed.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility is determined per programme and communicated at the time of enrolment. As a general rule, requests made before a programme begins may be eligible for a refund or credit, while fees for programmes already underway are non-refundable. Contact us at info@stembotiks.com for programme-specific policy details.
7. School partnerships
Our Curriculum Integration programme is delivered to schools under separate partnership agreements. Those agreements, not these website terms, govern the delivery of services to partner schools, including scheduling, teacher training, kit provision and fees.
8. InnoKit kits
InnoKit robotics kits are educational products. They contain small parts, motors, sensors and wiring and are intended for use by children under the supervision of an adult or instructor. The kit should not be connected to mains electricity, and batteries should be handled by an adult.
We make every effort to describe kit contents accurately, but components may vary slightly between batches. Safety instructions included with the kit must be read and followed before use.
9. InnoCode software
InnoCode, including the online editor available at code.stembotiks.com and the InnoCode desktop application, is provided for educational use. You may download and use the desktop application for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the software, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The desktop application requires an internet connection for first-time setup and meets the system requirements stated on the InnoCode page.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, programme materials and the STEMBOTIKS, InnoKit and InnoCode brands — is the property of STEMBOTIKS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
11. Third-party links and services
This website contains links to third-party services, including Google Forms, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, GitHub and external news publications. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of any third-party website. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant that the website is error-free, uninterrupted or free from harmful components.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STEMBOTIKS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, our programmes, InnoKit kits or the InnoCode software. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold STEMBOTIKS, its directors, instructors and staff harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your use of the website or your participation in our programmes, except where caused by our own negligence.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
